When a consumer calls (405) 221-8900 and requests a repair estimate, our agent tells the caller during the call, before any text message is sent:
"We can send your estimate by text message to the number you're calling from. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Is it OK to text your estimate to this number?"
The caller must verbally agree on the call before any message is sent. The first message sent is the caller's estimate; it identifies 3J Mobile Auto Repair and includes opt-out instructions. Callers who decline receive their estimate by email or verbally instead, and no text messages are sent.
A consumer may also opt in by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to (405) 221-8900.
